患者女,33岁,住院号1161号.因反复四肢大关节疼痛一个月,加重一天于91年2月21日入院。查体:体温36.8℃,脉搏92次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压16/10Kpa,神智清,皮肤,粘膜无出血点,浅表淋巴腺未触及,胸骨压疼,肺闻清晰,心律整,各瓣膜区未闻及杂音,肝脾未及。实验室检查:血象 Hb839/L,WBC2.3×10~9/L,中性细胞0.54,淋巴细胞0.46,BPC58×10~9/L;骨髓检查:干抽,增生尚活跃.淋系0.77,原淋0.7粒红系受抑制,成熟红细胞大小不等,全片叵核细胞一个,血小板少,浆细胞易见,骨髓活检诊断急性淋巴细胞自血病(L_2型)。

The original leaching 0.7 red line was inhibited, the size of mature erythrocytes ranging from whole piece of a nuclear mononuclear cells, platelet less visible plasma cells, bone marrow biopsy diagnosis of acute lymphocytic leukemia (L_2 type).
