观察了5只成年小白鼠,见其胃食管连接处的肌纤维可分为两层,浅层为纵行肌束,肌束平均厚度为126±4.5μm,食管前庭始端肌束较薄,最薄处约90μm,食管前庭末端较厚,最厚处约为200μm。其近胃处为平滑肌,其它处为骨骼肌。深层为环斜肌,可见4种排列形式,即环形肌束、螺旋形肌束,“扣状肌束”和“压夹式肌束”。环形肌束位于食管前庭始端,平均厚度为192±4.2μm。螺旋形肌束和“扣状肌束”位于环形肌束末端,平均厚度为560±3.5μm 和450±4.0μm。“压夹式肌束”位于食管前庭末端,贲门口周缘,平均厚度为320±4.1μm。
Five adult mice were observed. The muscle fibers of the gastroesophageal junction were divided into two layers. The shallow layer was the longitudinal muscle bundles. The average muscle bundle thickness was 126 ± 4.5μm. Department of about 90μm, esophageal vestibular end thicker thickest at about 200μm. Near the stomach for the smooth muscle, the rest of the skeletal muscle. Deep oblique ring muscle, showing four kinds of arrangement, that is, annular muscle bundle, spiral muscle bundle, “buckle muscle bundle” and “clip-type muscle bundle.” Annular muscle bundle is located in the beginning of esophageal vestibule, with an average thickness of 192 ± 4.2μm. Spiral muscular bundles and “buckle muscle bundles” are located at the ends of the ring bundle with average thicknesses of 560 ± 3.5 μm and 450 ± 4.0 μm. “Clip-type muscle bundle” is located in the esophageal vestibular end, cardiac periphery, the average thickness of 320 ± 4.1μm.
