某冶炼厂贵金属车间湿法冶炼过程中产生的冶炼废水,含有砷、重金属、有机物及盐类等污染物,属于高砷、高重金属、高含盐量、高COD废水。针对此类废水的特点,在实验室小试、现场中试的基础上,确定采用纳米零价铁/化学氧化絮凝技术/过滤处理工艺。实际工程运行结果表明,对于铜为19.55~245.36 mg/L、砷为42.12~280.39 mg/L的原水,处理后出水水质达到或优于《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25467—2010)中表2标准,污泥中的有价金属得到回收利用。
The smelting waste water produced in the smelting plant precious metal workshop during the smelting process contains arsenic, heavy metals, organic compounds and salts and other pollutants and belongs to the high arsenic, high heavy metal, high salinity and high COD wastewater. According to the characteristics of this kind of waste water, on the basis of lab test and on-the-spot pilot test, the nano-zero-valent iron / chemical oxidation flocculation technology / filtration process was determined. The actual engineering operation results showed that the effluent quality of the effluent was equal to or better than the discharge standard of copper, nickel and cobalt industrial pollutants (GB 25467 -2010) in Table 2 standard, the valuable metal in the sludge is recycled.
