TA2表面微弧氧化-水热合成复合陶瓷膜层结构及其表面能分析

采用微弧氧化-水热法在纯钛TA2表面制备了含有羟基磷灰石、金红石相Ti O2及锐钛矿相Ti O2的复合陶瓷膜层。观测与分析复合陶瓷膜层的微观形貌、元素成分、粗糙度及相组成,探讨水热时间对其结构及表面能的影响。结果表明,水热处理后膜层表面结晶形核出大量光滑且较规则的条柱状及针状HA颗粒,不同水热时间的膜层表面基本组成元素均为Ti、O、Ca、P。随着水热时间的延长,膜层表面HA晶粒增多,体积增大,表面粗糙度呈现先下降后上升的趋势。膜层表面与水的接触角在116.0o~140.2o之间,均大于纯钛TA2基材与水的接触角77.3o,疏水性能增强;膜层表面能为150.7~282.9 m J·m~(-2),较纯钛TA2基材的27.5m J·m~(-2)提高了4倍以上。粗糙度的改变是导致膜层表面能提高的主要因素。 A composite ceramic coating containing hydroxyapatite, rutile phase Ti O2 and anatase phase Ti O2 was prepared by micro-arc oxidation-hydrothermal method on the surface of pure titanium TA2. The morphology, elemental composition, roughness and phase composition of the composite ceramic coatings were observed and analyzed. The effects of hydrothermal time on the structure and surface energy were discussed. The results showed that a large number of smooth and regular HA particles were nucleated on the surface of the film after hydrothermal treatment. The basic components of the film surface were Ti, O, Ca and P at different hydrothermal time. With the extension of hydrothermal time, HA grains on the surface of the film increased, the volume increased, the surface roughness showed a downward trend first and then increased. The contact angle between the surface of the film and water is between 116.0o and 140.2o, which is larger than the contact angle of the pure titanium TA2 with water of 77.3o and the hydrophobic property is enhanced. The surface energy of the film is 150.7-282.9 m J · m ~ -2), which is more than 4 times higher than 27.5m J · m -2 of pure TA2 substrate. The change of roughness is the main factor that leads to the increase of film surface energy.
