马克思地租理论告诉我们:土地所有权与土地经营权的分离是地租产生的前提,地租就是土地所有权借以实现的经济形式。我国现阶段还存在着多种形式的生产资料所有制,土地私有制虽不存在,但还存在着社会主义土地所有制的两种形式,即国家土地所有、集体土地所有。另外,商品、价值与货币关系还存在,尤其在社会主义市场经济的今天,因此,在社会主义条件下,仍然存在地租。所以,马克思地租理论仍有很强的现实适用性。
Marx’s rent theory tells us: the separation of land ownership and land management rights is the premise of rent generation, and land rent is the economic form by which land ownership is realized. At the present stage, there are still many forms of ownership of the means of production in our country. Although private ownership of land does not exist, there are still two forms of socialist ownership of land, namely, state-owned land and collective land. In addition, the relationship between goods, value and currency still exists, especially in the socialist market economy today. Therefore, under socialism, rent still exists. Therefore, Marx’s rent theory still has strong practical applicability.
