评价了来自中国的 13个粳稻品种、11个籼稻品种、13个杂交稻组合 ,以及 11个热带粳稻品种的杀卵作用和拒食抗性。具有杀卵作用的品种仅见于粳稻品种。测试的 13个粳稻品种中 ,4个表现出明显的杀卵作用。重新评价了来自中国不同省份的 42份粳稻和 43份籼稻对白背飞虱的抗性。 10个粳稻 (约占 2 4%)具有杀卵抗性 ,卵死亡率为 5 3%~10 0 %;95 %以上的籼稻品种中 ,白背飞虱的卵死亡率低于 30 %;来自浙江的 4个粳稻品种明显地抑制白背飞虱的取食。浙江的 2 1个粳稻地方品种对白背飞虱拒取食和杀卵作用表现出独立性和连续变化。三千黄、长红稻和矮秆稻具有杀卵抗性 ,鸡脚黄和麻雀青具有拒取食抗性。这些发现表明抗白背飞虱基因在中国存在于同一生态区的粳稻地方品种中。
The ovicidal and antifeedant resistance of 13 japonica rice varieties, 11 indica rice varieties, 13 hybrid rice combinations and 11 tropical japonica rice varieties from China were evaluated. Varieties with ovicidal effects are found only in japonica varieties. Of the 13 japonica cultivars tested, 4 showed significant ovicidal effects. The resistance of 42 japonica and 43 indica rice plants to whitebacked (Sogatella furcifera) transfer from different provinces in China was re-evaluated. 10 japonica rice (about 24%) had oviposition resistance and the egg mortality was 53% ~ 100%. In 95% of the indica rice varieties, the whiteflies were less than 30% Four japonica cultivars in Zhejiang obviously inhibited the feeding of white-backed planthoppers. The 21 japonica rice cultivars in Zhejiang Province exhibited independence and continuous changes in their resistance to feeding and oviposition. Thousands of yellow, long red rice and dwarf rice with ovicide resistance, chicken feet yellow and sparrow green resist feeding resistance. These findings indicate that the anti-Siphonain-type planthopper genes are present in China in the same landraces of japonica rice in the same ecoregion.
