采用宏观、金相和SEM等分析手段对ZG45半齿圈在热处理过程中断裂的原因进行了研究和分析。结果表明 ,造成半齿圈断裂的主要原因是严重成分偏析 ,在半齿圈截面心部出现磷共晶和碳化物 ,使材料难以抵抗热处理加热和冷却时的热应力和组织应力。
The causes of the fracture of ZG45 half ring ring during the heat treatment were studied and analyzed by macroscopic, metallographic and SEM methods. The results show that the main cause of the half ring gear fracture is the serious segregation of components. The phosphorus eutectic and carbide appear in the center of the half ring gear, making the material resistant to the thermal stress and the microstructure stress during heat treatment and cooling.
