他汀类药物在预防老年人心血管疾病中起重要作用。然而关于选用何种最佳方法以确定那类高危老人适合接受他汀药治疗目前尚未清楚。本文意就血浆脂蛋白在预测高危老人罹发心血管疾病危险高低,以及接受他汀类药物调脂治疗的裨益作用大小中的作用进行了分析。
Statins play an important role in the prevention of cardiovascular disease in the elderly. However, it remains unclear which of the best methods to use to determine the suitability of those high-risk elderly for statin treatment. This article intends to analyze the role of plasma lipoproteins in predicting the risk of developing cardiovascular disease in high-risk individuals and the beneficial effects of statin lipid-lowering therapy.
