自1997年8月至1998年9月采用前列腺素E_1加普鲁卡因治疗糖尿病周围神经病变80例,疗效显著,现报道如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象 糖尿病患者80例,男44例,女36例,年龄14～82岁。发现糖尿病最短半年,最长30年。其中Ⅰ型糖尿病15例,Ⅱ型糖尿病65例,均符合WHO1985年糖尿病诊断标准。均做双下肢血管彩超及双下肢肌电图确诊为糖尿病血管周围神经病变。根据患者疼痛程度分为轻度:肢体麻木感;中度:麻木伴疼痛,对生活有一定影响;重度:日夜剧痛,严重影响日常生活。
