X射线荧光光谱测定稀土元素,国内外已有大量资料发表。我们针对地质样品中稀土元素的测定要求,参照文献中提出的薄试样、低管压方法进行试验,试样经过化学富集,一次可测定15个稀土(及钍)元素,稀土总量在0.x%以上的样品,其分析结果与化学分析大体相符。测定效率:10个试样中测定16个元素,一周可完成。一标准样品的配制稀土元素的矿物种类很多,但大体上可分三类,即:重稀土为主;轻稀土为主和轻重稀土配份大体接近。配制一套对这三种类型都能适应,又尽量减少元
