近日,在2005中国北京(望京)海外留学人员创业园推介会上,北京市朝阳区有政府官员宣布了望京创业园将针对“海归”人员推行保姆式服务的政策。其中,诸如对科技含量高、市场前景好的企业给予一次性创业扶持资金最高10万元,到望京创业的“海归”人员子女可任意选择朝阳区教委所属的名校就读,对需要融资的留学人员企业,可提供贷款贴息、融资担保、股权投资等业务,朝阳区政府还将在采购时优先采购留学人员创办的企业的产品等“优惠政策”跃然纸上。(2005年10月18日《新京报》)
Recently, at the 2005 Beijing (Wangjing) Overseas Students Pioneering Park Promotion Conference, a government official in Chaoyang District, Beijing announced that Wangjing Pioneer Park will implement a policy of nanny-type services for “returnees”. Among them, for enterprises with high technological content and good market prospects, the one-time entrepreneurship support fund is up to RMB 100,000. The children of the “returnees” who go to Wangjing to start their own business can arbitrarily choose to study in a prestigious school under Chaoyang District Education Committee, and study overseas students who need financing. Enterprises can provide loans, interest subsidies, financing guarantees, equity investments, etc. Chaoyang District Government will also prioritize the purchase of preferential policies such as the products of enterprises established by overseas students when purchasing.
