过去认为宫内、外同时妊娠极为罕见的,但近年来有所增加,而引起人们的重视.现将我院收治的3例报告如下.例1 杜某,33岁.第四胎,孕56天,因无生育指标来院就诊.检查:子宫颈紫兰色子宫增大相当于孕8周,宫体软,尿妊娠试验阳性。于1981年4月27日行人工流产术。宫腔深度10厘米,刮出物中肉眼可见到绒毛组织及胚胎组织30克。术后因下腹痛,少量阴道流血,于5月1日复诊。检查:一般情况良好,血压120/70,下腹压痛(+),阴
