蚕豆营养丰富,用途广泛,蛋白质含量高,作为植物性蛋白质来源,近年日益受到世界各国的普遍重视。蚕豆适应凉爽气候,在高原寒冷地区农业生产中,对实现农、牧、副良性循环,发展畜牧业,繁荣农村经济具有极其重要的意义。在我国初步分的三个秋蚕豆和四个春蚕豆栽培分区中,高原地区的蚕豆生产分布于五个分区,即青藏高原春蚕豆区,祁连、天山山麓春蚕豆区,长城沿线春蚕豆区,黄土高原西部春蚕豆区和西南秋蚕豆区中的云贵高原秋(春)蚕豆副区,是全国蚕豆生产的重要产地,青海地处青藏高原的东北部,从自然地理环境看,又处在黄土,蒙新和青藏高原的交汇处。本文以青海高原为背景,论述高原地区蚕豆生产概况及研究进展。

In the three sub-regions of broad-leaved broad bean cultivation and four broad-bean broad bean cultivation in China, the production of broad beans in the plateau is distributed in five sub-regions, namely the Chuandu area in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Spring broad bean area in Qilian, the foothills of Tianshan Mountains, , The broad-bean area of Qiu (Spring) in the western part of the Loess Plateau in the spring and the autumn in the autumn in the southwest autumn area, which are important producing areas for broad bean production in the country. Qinghai is located in the northeastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Viewed from the natural geographical environment, Loess, Mongolian and Tibetan Plateau interchange. Based on the Qinghai Plateau, this paper discusses the production status and research progress of Vicia faba in the plateau.
