随着生物学和生物化学,免疫化学的发展,从而认识了免疫球蛋白病。过去对多发牲骨髓瘤的认识,只是根据蛋白电泳位置分为Γ型或β型,但是其诊断上仍靠临床表现和骨髓穿刺。随着五种免疫球蛋白的出现,对多发牲骨髓瘤的认识,又有了新的进展。将其分为IgG型、IgA型、IgE型、IgD型、IgM型(巨球蛋白血症)。这就从细胞诊断水平(骨穿)发展到了分子水平(免疫化学诊断)。对免疫球蛋白病的认识,更前进到较小的分子水平。包括轻链(Kappa型、Lamda型)及重链病等,本文仅就一例轻链病报告如下:
With the development of biology and biochemistry, immunochemistry, immunoglobulinopathy is recognized. Including light chain (Kappa type, Lamda type) and heavy chain disease, this article is only one case of light chain disease reported as follows:
