成就动机的水平决定着个体的发展,而归因直接影响着个体的情绪、期望和行为,进而影响个体的成就动机。因此,归因研究对于培养学生的成就动机水平有着十分重要的作用。研究发现:高职学生将成绩不理想等负性事件归因于能力不足和努力不够等因素。因此,运用归因理论对学生学习动机的激发的方法有:设置明确而合适的目标定向:引导学生进行积极的归因训练:提供学生更多体验成功的机会。
The level of achievement motivation determines the development of an individual, and attribution directly affects the individual’s emotions, expectations and behaviors, thereby affecting the individual’s motivation for achievement. Therefore, attribution research plays an important role in cultivating students’ achievement motivation. The study found that vocational students attributed negative events such as unsatisfactory performance due to lack of ability and lack of effort. Therefore, the use of attribution theory to motivate students’ learning motivation include: setting clear and appropriate target orientation: guiding students to conduct positive attribution training: providing students more opportunities to experience success.
