本文阐述了用可编程控制器对CMB9212液压半自动精密组合车床进行电器改造的原理。介绍了利用PC机对该机床进行改造的设计思想。提供了在不增加硬件投资的前提下解决机床改造过程中PC机I/O口资源紧张这一矛盾的新方法。
This paper describes the use of programmable logic controller CMB9212 hydraulic semi-automatic precision combination lathe electrical transformation principle. Introduced the use of PC machine to transform the design idea. It provides a new way to solve the contradiction of PC I / O port resource shortage in the process of machine transformation without increasing hardware investment.
