分析云贵川地区10年来经济发展与民生建设的数据,建立经济发展与民生建设的耦合模型,依据两者的协同关系分为协调共存、一般胁迫、极限胁迫三个阶段。结果显示,云贵川地区经济发展与民生建设处于相互胁迫阶段,胁迫程度逐步上升且在部分年份的上升趋势明显。民生建设相对滞后,地区经济社会发展不平衡,经济与民生存在矛盾且缓和趋势不明显。基于耦合模型的分析结果,提出相应政策建议。
This paper analyzes the data of economic development and livelihood construction in the 10 years in Yun-Gui-Chuan area and establishes a coupled model of economic development and people’s livelihood. According to the synergetic relationship between the two, they are divided into three stages of coordination and coexistence, general coercion and extreme coercion. The results show that the economic development and people’s livelihood in Yunnan-Guizhou-Sichuan region are in a coercive phase, and the degree of coercion gradually increases and obvious upward trend in some years. People’s livelihood is relatively lagging behind, the regional economic and social development is unbalanced, there is a contradiction between economy and people’s livelihood, and the relaxation trend is not obvious. Based on the analysis results of the coupled model, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
