大部分有中枢性作用效能的药物因不能通过血脑屏障而在临床上的运用受到限制 ,纳米药物载体可以克服血脑屏障 (BBB)的阻碍进入中枢 ,提高脑中血药浓度 ,达到提高治疗中枢疾病疗效的目的。本文对应用于神经科学的纳米粒子的作用机制、性质、临床意义及研究进展进行了介绍。
