如何提高作文教学的效率是令众多语文教师头痛又难以解决的问题,笔者认为该问题症结在于“教师指导——学生写——教师评改”这样一个模式,太过强调教师对作文技术的传授和指导,而忽略了学生的个性和主体意识。针对这种情况,笔者探索出了这样一种教学策略:即减少指导的环节,让学生更多地去做个性化的体验和思考;同时,构建以多元评价为主导的作文课堂,充分发挥评价的导向和激励功能,在评价中润物无声地影响学生,以期促其自觉地爱写作文,会写作文,写出有个性的作文。
