采用实验法、录像分析法、数理统计法,对我国百米小将莫有雪、亚洲百米记录保持者苏炳添和百米世界纪录保持者博尔特的100米技术进行特征比较分析。结果表明:莫有雪的百米后程发力不足,后程的摆臂幅度不足,支撑腿角度不够合理,摆动腿的折叠意识不够,腾空技术欠缺,体重偏低,下肢力量和核心力量不足。通过实验,莫有雪的体重有上升的趋势,下肢力量和核心力量等体能得的适当的提高以及技术得到良好的改善,以致后面的百米技术的完善提供良好的基础。
Using the methods of experiment, video analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper compares the characteristics of the 100 meters of China’s 100 meters teenager, the Asian 100 meters record holder Su Bingtian and 100 meters world record holder Bolt’s 100 meters. The results showed that Mo did not exert enough force in the late course of 100 meters, the amplitude of the swing arm was short, the angle of supporting leg was not enough, the folding consciousness of swing leg was not enough, the vacating technique was low, the weight was low, the strength of lower extremity and core power were not enough. Through experiments, there is a trend of rising body weight without snow, appropriate improvement of physical strength such as lower extremity strength and core strength, and good improvement of technique, so as to provide a good foundation for the improvement of the following 100-meter technology.
