为探究聚苯乙烯保温板在宁夏引黄灌区混凝土衬砌渠道中的防冻效果以及铺设厚度,选取东西走向的秦渠和南北走向的良田渠两处典型试验段,进行了无保温板与铺设不同厚度保温板对渠道冻深影响的对比试验。通过对渠道断面不同部位测点原位冻深观测数据的分析,得到渠道阴(阳)坡坡面和渠底保温板铺设厚度及阴(阳)坡坡脚防冻衬砌结构型式、保温板厚度与渠道冻深之间的关系、不同厚度保温板削减冻深值。试验结果表明,聚苯乙烯保温板削减渠基土冻深效果明显。提出了不同走向、不同部位渠道防冻胀型式及聚苯乙烯保温板铺设厚度的建议。
In order to explore the antifreeze effect and laying thickness of polystyrene insulation board in concrete lining channel of Yellow River Irrigation Area in Ningxia, two typical test sections of Qin canal with east-west direction and Liangtianqu area with north-south direction were selected, Contrast experiment on influence of insulation board on channel freezing depth. The test results show that polystyrene insulation board to reduce the effect of foundation soil freezing deep. Proposed different directions, different parts of the channels frost heaving patterns and polystyrene insulation board laying thickness recommendations.
