随着近年欧美各国对电信行业的改革,各国反垄断法都将电信行业等昔日所谓的自然垄断行业纳入其规制范围,并对电信业实行适度管制。我国电信行业垄断的现状令人堪忧,对电信业实行改革、引入竞争,放松管制是当务之急,同时应建立和健全电信竞争法律制度,对电信行业可实行适度管制,建立反垄断机构与行业监管机构之间的合作机制。
With the reforms of the telecommunications industry in various countries in Europe and the United States in recent years, antitrust laws of all countries have included the former so-called natural monopoly industries such as the telecommunications industry in the scope of their regulations and exercised proper control over the telecommunications industry.
