采用XXG—D型心功能自动测试仪对集美老年大学 72名中老年知识分子在安静时和一次急性 42式太极拳练习后心血管机能和血液状态进行测试 ,结果显示 :练拳后脉率 (PR)、每搏量 (SV)和心搏指数 (SI)、心输出量 (CO)和心脏指数 (CI)、左心搏功指数 (LVWI)、收缩压 (SP)和平均收缩压 (MSP)、脉压 (PP)、肺动脉压 (PAP)、肺血管阻力(PAR)、肺动脉楔压 (PAWP)和血容量 (BV)等均显著增加 (P <0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1) ;冠脉灌注压 (CCP)、总外周阻力 (TPR)、标准周阻 (SPR)、全血粘度 (η)、还原血粘度 (ηr)、微循环半更新时间 (MRT)和平均滞留时间 (MST)等显著减小 (P <0 .0 5或<0 .0 1) ;而心肌耗氧量 (HOV)、心肌耗氧指数 (HOI)、左心有效泵力 (VPE)、左心能量有效利用率 (EWK)、舒张压 (DP)和平均舒张压 (MDP)、平均动脉压 (MAP)、血管顺度 (AC)、主动脉排空系数 (BLK)、血管弹性扩张系数 (FEK)、左心喷血阻抗 (VER)和微循环半更新率 (MHR)等参数无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,大多数练拳者的参数变化在正常范围内
Twenty-two middle-aged and old-aged intellectuals in Jimei Aged University were tested for cardiovascular function and blood state at rest and after an acute 42-form Taijiquan exercise by using XXG-D heart function automatic tester. The results showed that the pulse rate PR, SV and SI, cardiac output (CO) and cardiac index (CI), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVWI), systolic blood pressure (SP) and mean systolic blood pressure PP, PAP, PAR, PAWP and BV increased significantly (P <0.05 or <0.01) (CCP), total peripheral resistance (TPR), standard peripheral resistance (SPR), whole blood viscosity (η), reduced blood viscosity (ηr), microcirculation half update time (MRT) and mean retention time (MST) and so on (P <0.05 or <0.01). The myocardial oxygen consumption (HOV), myocardial oxygen consumption index (HOI), left ventricular effective pump force EWK, DP, MDP, MAP, BL, BLK and FEK were measured in all groups. ), Left ventricular ejection resistance ( VER) and half-cycle rate of microcirculation (MHR) had no significant difference (P> 0.05), most of the boxer’s parameters changed within the normal range
