目的 观察联合用药对早期实验性矽肺的治疗效果。方法 给雄性Wistar大鼠小剂量石英粉尘 (2 0mg/只 )气管内染尘 ,在大鼠矽肺病变早期 (Ⅱ级 ) ,采用低剂量不同抗矽肺药物分别治疗 6 0d及 15 0d。给药组分为克矽平、汉防己甲素 (汉甲素 )、羟基磷酸哌喹 (羟哌 )、柠檬酸铝 (柠铝 )单一给药组 ;克矽平 +汉甲素、汉甲素 +羟哌、柠铝 +羟哌联合用药组。结果 预防性给药 6 0d及 15 0d时 ,各治疗组大鼠的全肺湿重、干重及胶原蛋白含量均明显低于同期石英对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1) ;除 15 0d治疗组个别指标外 ,联合用药组大鼠的这 3个指标与单一用药组比 ,差异未见显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。各治疗组大鼠的矽肺病变除克矽平、羟哌 6 0d单一用药组外 ,均明显低于石英对照组 ;联合用药组大鼠的矽肺病变和单一用药组比较 ,可减轻半级~Ⅰ级 ,大部分为细胞性矽结节。经秩和比(RSR)分析 ,无论是治疗 6 0d或 15 0d组 ,均以柠铝 +羟哌和汉甲素 +羟哌的疗效最好 ,明显优于单一给药组 ;克矽平 +汉甲素组在 15 0d治疗时也优于单一给药组。结论 联合用药治疗大鼠早期实验性矽肺优于单一给药
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combination therapy on early experimental silicosis. Methods Male Wistar rats were dyed with small doses of quartz dust (20 mg / rat) in the trachea. In the early stage of silicosis (grade Ⅱ), rats were treated with low dose of different anti-silicosis drugs for 60 days and 150 days, respectively. The administration components were Kexaping, Tetrandrine (A), Piperaquin (Hydroxyproline) and Aluminum Citrate Supramoedine + hydroxyapatite, lemon aluminum + combination of hydroxypiperidyl group. Results On the 60th day and the 15th day of prophylactic administration, the wet weight, dry weight and collagen content of whole lung in each treatment group were significantly lower than those in the quartz control group (P <0.05 or P <0.05) P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the three groups except for the 15-day treatment group and the single-group treatment group (P> 0.05). The silicosis of rats in each treatment group was significantly lower than that of the quartz control group except for the single-drug treatment with KPS and hydroxypiperazine for 60 days. Compared with the single-drug treatment group, Grade, most of the cellular silicone nodules. According to the rank sum ratio (RSR) analysis, the best curative effect of both limonene + meperidine and melatonin + hydroxypiperidin was evident in both the 60d and the 150d groups Han-A group was also better than the single-group in the 15d treatment.
