我国民营企业当中的绝大多数选择了家族制的治理模式,长期“家”文化历史继承下的文化供给,使民营家族企业形成了特有的企业文化特征。“家”文化供给对民营家族企业发展的特殊历史阶段起到了积极的推动作用,但当民营家族企业的发展达到一定层次,必须淡化家族制的治理模式,用现代企业的“人本”文化供给去取代“家”文化供给,保持民营家族企业的持续成长。
Most of the private-owned enterprises in our country chose the family-based governance model and the cultural supply under the long-term “family ” cultural history, which made the private family-owned enterprises form their unique corporate culture characteristics. The supply of “home” culture has played a positive role in promoting the special historical stage of the development of private family-owned enterprises. However, when the development of private family-owned enterprises reaches a certain level, the family-based governance model must be diluted and the “ ”Cultural supply to replace “ home ”cultural supply, to maintain the continued growth of private family-run enterprises.
