目的分析2005—2012年8年间信阳市浉河区梅毒疫情形势,为制定防治对策提供参考依据。方法对2005—2012年浉河区传染病报告信息管理系统中的梅毒疫情资料进行汇总、统计和分析。结果 8年间浉河区累计报告梅毒病例462例,年均报告发病率为9.20/10万,2012年报告发病率为25.12/10万;以早期梅毒居多,占61.04%;男女性别比为0.65:1,女性发病人数高于男性;发病年龄从出生3天~87岁,20~49岁性活跃年龄组占66.02%;职业以农民和民工为主,占35.06%。结论信阳市浉河区梅毒疫情呈上升趋势,应采取综合防治措施,包括对重点人群实施干预,阻断梅毒母婴传播,提高疫情报告管理质量。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of syphilis in Bahe District of Xinyang City during the eight years from 2005 to 2012, and provide reference for making prevention and control measures. Methods The epidemic data of syphilis in Epidemic Diseases Reporting System in Tahe District from 2005 to 2012 were collected, analyzed and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 462 syphilis cases were reported in Bahe District in the past 8 years. The average annual reported incidence rate was 9.20 / 100,000. The incidence rate in 2012 was 25.12 / 100,000. The predominant syphilis rate was 61.04%. The male / female sex ratio was 0.65: 1, the incidence of women is higher than that of men; the age of onset is from 3 days to 87 years old, 66.02% of them are active age groups from 20 to 49 years old; occupations are mainly peasants and migrant workers, accounting for 35.06%. Conclusion The epidemic situation of syphilis in Bahe district of Xinyang City is on the rise. Comprehensive prevention and treatment measures should be taken, including intervention on key populations, blocking of mother-to-child transmission of syphilis and improving the management of epidemic reports.
