章剑慧,江苏无锡人,曾任申新第四纺织公司工程师、厂长、副经理。1946年8月19日,他在任建成机制面粉公司经理、行政院最高经济委员会计划委员会委员时,受国民政府行政院委派,担任出席第二十九届国际劳工大会中华民国代表团资方代表。本辑史料系章剑慧在参加国际劳工大会期间日记,反映了国际劳工组织第二十九届大会情形及章利用会议空暇对加拿大、美国之纺织、面粉等工业进行考察情况。现辑出供研究者参考。
Zhang Jianhui, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, who served as the fourth new textile company Shen Shin engineer, director, deputy manager. On August 19, 1946, he served as manager of the flour company of Jiancheng Machinery Co., Ltd. and a member of the Planning Committee of the Supreme Economic Committee of the Executive Yuan. He was appointed by the Executive Yuan of the National Government to represent the employers’ representatives of the ROC delegation to the 29th International Labor Conference.
