Most wheels are the whole wheel, only the roller bearings of different models and sizes. This ensures that the work content and workload stability, and smooth adoption of assembly line production. This kind of assembly line is very versatile and suitable for the repair of other types of wheelsets. Eight hours per class can be repaired 100 pairs of rounds. Most of the machines in the factory are semi-automatic and provide wheelsets to the machine through the transport system located on the floor (Figure 1).
