目的通过对临床路径中变异因素的分析提出适合实际的临床路径改进建议和措施方法调查分析2010年10月至2011年10月期间三个病种进入临床路径的执行率,分析路径的变异原因,并提出改进措施。结论在临床路径中通过加强对人员的培训、健全管理制度、加快临床路径管理软件和网站平台的开发,可以增加临床路径的入组率和降低变异率,从而真正使临床路径成为解决群众看病难、看病贵的重要举措。
