目的:探究显微超声技术结合CBCT在上颌第一磨牙MB2根管治疗的效果,并对其治疗效果进行评价。方法:随机选取在2015年1月至12月期间,某医院收治的90例上颌第一磨牙根管再治疗的患者,在患者治疗过程中的CBCT作为准则,根据其影响特征和患者牙冠、牙髓底部的形态特征判断是否有MB2的存在,在手术的过程中使用斜方形开髓的方式,通过小号K锉进行探查,然后配合使用显微超声技术对MB2进行根管的定位,使用镍钛机用过根管锉向下的方法进行根管的预备工作,然后使用17%EDTA和1.5%的次氯酸钠对患者根管系统进行冲洗,利用热牙胶垂直加压的方式对根管进行填充,并对根管预备过程中的情况以及近狭根根管分型进行及时记录,从而对MB2发生的概率进行准确统计,有利于进行临床效果的评价。结果:实验过程中进行的90例患者,通过根管显微镜对原根管中的填充物进行剔除,发现73个MB2,概率为80.8%,其中能够有60个成功疏通,疏通率达到96.7%。通过合理采用显微超声技术结合CBCT的治疗方法,并没有器械折断、关闭测穿等现象的出现。结论:显微超声技术结合CBCT在上颌第一磨牙MB2根管治疗,能够实现可视化寻找和操作,能够有效地提高上颌第一磨牙MB2根管治疗效果,提高治疗成功率,在临床治疗中具有非常重要的意义和价值。
Objective: To explore the effect of microsurgical ultrasound combined with CBCT in the treatment of maxillary first molar MB2 root canal and to evaluate its curative effect. Methods: From January to December 2015, 90 patients with maxillary first molar root canal re-treatment in a hospital were enrolled. The CBCT during the course of treatment was used as a guideline. RESULTS: Totally 90 MB2 patients with a mean of 80.8% were found in 90 patients who underwent root canal microscopy during the experiment. Among them, 60 were successfully dredged and their clearance rate was 96.7%. Through the rational use of micro-ultrasound combined with CBCT treatment, there is no device broken, shut down the phenomenon of the phenomenon of wear and tear. Conclusion: The combination of microscopic ultrasound and CBCT in maxillary first molar MB2 can achieve visualization and operation, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of MB2 root canal in maxillary first molar and improve the success rate of treatment, which is very unusual in clinical treatment Important meaning and value.
