人类已经进入高科技时代，快速的交易和高速度的交通运输、信息传输等确实给人类社会带来了便利。但正是这种高速度，更加要求社会有秩序。无秩序的高速度其危害也是十分严重的。市场经济是一种以竞争为主要方式、以有效分配社会资源和讲求效益为目的的一种经济运行模式，它和中国过去的计划经济时代不同。因此，人们的思想观念及对事物的评判标准在市场经济时代就有了大的改变。经过几次的普法活动，加上我国法制建设不断健全，法律起到了积极的作用。但是当前的“泛法律”思潮却严重地影响着社会的正常发展。
Humankind has entered the high-tech era, rapid transactions and high-speed transportation, information transmission and so on have indeed brought convenience to human society. But it is this high speed that demands more social order. The high speed of disorder is also a serious danger. Market economy is a kind of economic operation mode with competition as the main mode, effective allocation of social resources and emphasis on efficiency, which is different from China’s past era of planned economy. Therefore, people’s ideas and standards of things in the market economy has changed a lot. After several legal popularization activities and the continuous improvement of the legal system construction in our country, the law has played a positive role. However, the current “pan-law” trend has seriously affected the normal development of society.
