As Chinese society places more emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial activity is developing at an unprecedented rate in our country. According to the 2003 Global Venture Watch (GEM) report, venture capital investment, the number of entrepreneurial activities and so on is growing rapidly.
