按照WTO规则,中国加入世贸之后,保险业门户将对外全面开放。 中国保险业全面开放的承诺内容主要包括:第一、扩大开放地区,允许外国保险公司在更广大的地区设立营业机构和开展业务;第二、允许外国保险公司自由选择商业保险公司的形式,包括保险分公司、全资子公司、合资保险公司、相互保险公司;第三,允许外贸保险公司自由选择再保险公司,允许外贸保险公司按照市场供求规律自主确定保险费率;第四,允许外贸保险公司参与中国保险法规的制定,等等。
According to WTO rules, after China’s accession to the WTO, the insurance portal will be fully open to the outside world. The commitments for China’s full liberalization of the insurance industry include: first, expanding open areas, allowing foreign insurance companies to set up business offices and conducting business in a wider area; and second, allowing foreign insurance companies the freedom to choose forms of commercial insurance companies, including Insurance subsidiaries, wholly-owned subsidiaries, joint-venture insurance companies and mutual insurance companies; third, allowing foreign trade insurance companies the freedom to choose reinsurance companies and allowing foreign trade insurance companies to independently determine premium rates according to market supply and demand rules; and fourth, allowing foreign trade insurance companies Participate in the formulation of China’s insurance laws and regulations, and more.
