从理论角度分析了正压氧气呼吸器的呼吸阻力产生机理、影响因素,并通过试验验证了该理论分析的正确性。分析结果表明:呼吸器的呼吸阻力由加载于气囊内的周期性动态压力和管道结构产生的流动阻力组成;对气体流动阻力影响从大到小依次是管道直径或等效直径、气体流量(呼吸流量)、气体压力;气囊内的周期性动态压力由弹簧力和压板横截面面积决定。
The mechanism of respiratory resistance and its influencing factors of positive pressure oxygen respirator were analyzed theoretically, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified through experiments.
