霉菌性阴道炎是妇产科阴道炎中发病较多的一种 ,是由白色念珠菌引起的一种炎症。人体正常阴道中有少量真菌存在 ,但一般不致病。但在滥用抗生素时 ,则可能引起菌群失调而致发生霉菌感染。患者有不卫生习惯或患有糖尿病 ,使阴道环境偏酸而引起真菌大量生长繁殖亦可致病。笔者近 Fungal vaginitis is the incidence of vaginitis in obstetrics and gynecology more one is caused by Candida albicans inflammation.
