顶岗实习是高等职业教育提高学生实践技能的重要途径,而加强顶岗实习党员和入党积极分子的教育管理是高校党建工作的一个重要组成部分,也一直是学生党建工作中的一个难点。结合中华女子学院高职学院党建工作实际,针对目前顶岗实习中党员和入党积极分子的教育管理现状,对新时期如何加强顶岗实习中的学生党建工作进行了探讨。
Internship in post is an important way for higher vocational education to improve students’ practical skills. However, it is an important part of the work of party building in colleges and universities to strengthen the education and management of internship participants and activists who join the party. It has also been a difficult point in the party construction work for students. In the light of the actual situation of party building in the higher vocational colleges of China Women’s College, the author discusses how to strengthen the Party building among students in the internship in the new period in light of the current state of education and management of party members and party activists in internships.
