采用 Ca O- Si O2 - Na2 O- Ca F2 - Al2 O3- Mg O渣系 ,研究了连铸保护渣对 Al2 O3的吸收速率与碱度、Na2 CO3含量、Ca F2 含量、Al2 O3含量和 Mg O含量之间的关系。在一定条件下 ,当碱度为 1.2左右时 ,吸收速率达到最大值 (8.40 3× 10 - 4 kg/ (m2 · s) ;随着渣中 Na2 CO3含量、Ca F2 含量和 Mg O含量的增加 ,吸收速率提高 ;随着渣中 Al2 O3含量的增加 ,吸收速率减小 ;Ca F2 含量对吸收速率的影响最大 ,Na2 CO3含量次之 ,Mg O含量的影响最小 ;熔渣粘度是控制吸收速率的主要因素。随着熔渣粘度的增加 ,连铸保护渣对 Al2 O3的吸收速率逐渐减小
