沈丘县公路局在沈丘县委县政府、周口市公路局的正确领导下,坚持以科学发展观为主题,以加快交通基础设施建设为先导,开拓创新、务实重干,项目建设扎实推进,各项工作高效运转,较好地完成了各项目标任务,保持了公路建设持续健康发展。一、通过座谈总结归纳的经验如下(一)实施精细化管理,提高养护管理水平公路管理局的养护工作在做到科学性、经常性、季节性养护为主的前提下,做好路面、路容和路貌工作。一是抓好以路面为中心的综合管理,稳步提升路况,改善路容、路貌,加大养护运营、分配、用工机制的改革,逐步推动养护市场的完善,以管理提升服务水准,以良好的路况体现沈丘干线公路发展水平。二是开展了“畅安舒美”大干100天专项治理活动,解决了路上坑槽修补不及时、清扫保洁标准低、路容路貌达不到规范要求、交通设施不齐全、绿化维护不细致等问题,使路容路貌发生了较大改观,实现了路面平整、沟通涵畅、路肩坚实、边坡平顺。三是启动并完善好公路系统突发事件应急系统和公路出行服务系统,及时更新完善路况信息,保证系统方案操作的可行性,服务百姓大众需求。
