目的:分析比较不同产地桂郁金石油醚提取物的主要化学成分,为其质量评价提供依据。方法:用气相-质谱联用仪检测不同产地桂郁金石油醚提取物的化学成分。结果:不同产地桂郁金石油醚提取物共鉴定出33个化合物,共有成分有樟脑、榄香烯、香橙烯等13种化合物。结论:不同产地桂郁金石油醚提取物的化学组成和含量有较大差异。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the main chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extract of Celastrus anguillicaudatus from different areas to provide basis for their quality evaluation. Methods: The chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extract of Celastrus orbiculatus from different areas were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: A total of 33 compounds were identified from the petroleum ether extract of C. officinale from different habitats, and the common constituents were camphor, elemene and celery. Conclusion: The chemical composition and content of the petroleum ether extract of Celastrus angustifolia in different areas are quite different.
