作者系统研究了黑纹粉蝶越夏蛹和越冬蛹体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力的变化。结果表明:滞育蛹在滞育期间CAT活力与温度密切相关,越夏蛹在越夏期间CAT活力处在低水平是夏季高温所致,而越冬蛹在越冬期间CAT活力处在高水平是冬季低温所致。滞育蛹的CAT活力明显低于同期的非滞育蛹。本试验结果有助于理解高温能够抑制该虫滞育的发育,而低温则促进了滞育的发育这一生理现象。
The authors systematically studied the changes of catalase (CAT) activity in the pupae and overwintering pupae of the black weevil butterfly. The results showed that the activity of CAT in diapause pupae was closely related to the temperature during diapause. The higher the CAT activity in the pupae was, the higher the summer activity was in summer and the higher the CAT activity was in winter in wintering pupae Low temperature caused. The CAT activity of diapause pupae was significantly lower than that of non-diapause pupae. The results of this experiment are helpful to understand that high temperature can inhibit the development of diapause of this insect, while low temperature promotes the physiological phenomenon of the development of diapause.
