根据中日两国经济合作协定,日本政府从1984年起在七年内向中国的天津、上海、广州三个城市提供350亿日元的贷款,用以改造建设三个城市的电话通信网。按此计划将引进数字程控电话交换机15万门,其中天津建设6个分局4万门,上海建设6个分局7万门,广州建设3个分局4万门。还包括相关的传输设备、线路设备、电源设备等建设。
According to the agreement on economic cooperation between China and Japan, the Japanese government provided 35 billion yen loans to China’s three cities of Tianjin, Shanghai and Guangzhou within seven years from 1984 to transform the telephone communication network for the construction of the three cities. According to the plan, it will introduce 150,000 digital program-controlled telephone switches, of which 40,000 will be built in 6 branches in Tianjin, 70,000 in 6 branches in Shanghai and 40,000 in 3 branches in Guangzhou. Also includes the related transmission equipment, line equipment, power equipment and other construction.
