话语幼儿教师要爱孩子的今天,更要爱孩子的明天。幼儿教育是为儿童一生的幸福奠基。读懂幼儿的一百种语言,尊重幼儿的一百种差异,支持幼儿的一百种想法。善于观察、遵循规律、相伴成长、播种希望,这就是幼儿教师的工作。我认识付莹老师是在2009年,那时她刚入选天津市“未来教育家奠基工程”不久,是首期学员,我担任她的班主任。每一次研讨或者集中学习,她总是微笑着,像一池平静的湖水。但是跟她交流幼儿教育的理念与实践的时候,她眼中的光芒又让人觉得她内心里一定有一座激情与爱的火山。
Words kindergarten teachers to love children today, but also to love their children’s tomorrow. Early childhood education is the foundation of the happiness of children’s life. Learn one hundred languages for young children, respect one hundred differences in young children, and support one hundred ideas for young children. Good at observation, follow the law, accompanied by growth, planting hope, this is kindergarten teacher’s work. I know Fu Ying teacher was in 2009, when she was just selected Tianjin “future education foundation ” soon, is the first trainee, I served as her head teacher. She always smiles for every study or concentration, like a calm lake. But with her exchange of ideas and practice of early childhood education, the light in her eyes makes people feel that there must be a volcano inside her passion and love.
