目的了解合成氨改产二甲醚项目存在的主要职业病危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测等方法进行综合评价。结果该项目主要存在高温、噪声、其他粉尘、煤尘、矽尘、甲烷、甲醇、二甲醚、硫化氢、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、工频电场、催化剂等。其中粉尘、噪声存在超标,其余各种有毒物质均符合国家标准限值。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,超标岗位应加强个体防护。
OBJECTIVE To understand the main occupational hazards existing in the project of DME conversion from DME to provide basis for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, workplace occupational hazards and other methods of field monitoring for comprehensive evaluation. Results The project mainly contains high temperature, noise, other dust, coal dust, silica dust, methane, methanol, dimethyl ether, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, power frequency electric field, catalyst and so on. Among them, there is excessive dust and noise, and the remaining kinds of toxic substances meet the national standard limits. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective, and individual protection should be strengthened in cases of excessive posts.
