一、见缝插针,增加练习内容案例:学习内容为跳箱“横箱分腿腾越”。男、女生各24人,跳箱4组。将学生平均分成4组,每组12人,面对跳箱成1路纵队站立,依次练习分解动作或完整动作。分析:由于器材特点和数量的原因,教师通常采用1名学生练习,10名学生观看,1名学生保护与帮助,学生完成1次练习之后,在较长的等待时间内无事可做,整节课,学生练习次数大约为3~5次,严重浪费了体育课有限的练习时间,降低了练习密度,最终影响了学生的学习效果。
