目的 总结临床使用方丝弓技术矫治安氏II类 1分类拔牙病例的疗效。方法 对 2 7例年龄在 11~ 2 0岁的骨性II类 1分类病例 ,采用上颌拔除第一前磨牙、下颌拔除第二前磨牙 ,依据方丝弓技术矫治原则和矫治顺序进行矫治。结果 2 7例骨性II类 1分类患者 ,平均矫治时间为 2 5 5个月。矫治完成后均达到理想的侧貌外形 ,磨牙关系由II类改正为I类关系 ,前牙覆覆盖正常 ,尖窝关系良好。具有代表意义的ANB角 ,由平均 5 .6°± 2 .2°改正为 3.2°± 1.4°;代表面部软组织侧貌外形的Z角 ,由 6 0 .8°± 5 8°改变为 76 .4°± 6 .6° ;代表上下颌矢状关系的AO -BO距离由 (6 .8± 2 .4)mm ,改变至 (3.2± 1.1)mm。结论 临床应用方丝弓技术矫治安氏II类 1分类拔牙病例 ,是行之有效的治疗方法
Objective To summarize the curative effect of square arch wire technique in the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ 1 and type 1 tooth extraction cases. Methods Twenty-seven skeletal Class II-1 patients aged from 11 to 20 years old were enrolled in this study. The first premolar was extracted by maxillary maxilla and the second premolar was extracted by mandible. The orthodontic treatment was performed according to the principle of orthodontic arch wire technique and the order of orthodontic treatment. Results Twenty-seven patients with skeletal class II classification 1 had an average correction time of 255 months. Correction to achieve the desired profile after the appearance of the molar relationship from Class II to Class I relationship, the coverage of anterior lamina propria, spire well relations. The representative ANB angle was corrected from an average of 5.6 ± 3.2 ° to 3.2 ° ± 1.4 °. The Z angle, representing the profile of facial soft tissue, was changed from 60.8 ° ± 58.0 ° to 76 °. 4 ° ± 6. 6 °. The AO -BO distance representing the maxillary and mandibular sagittal relationship was changed from (6.8 ± 2. 4) mm to (3.2 ± 1.1) mm. Conclusion The clinical application of square arch wire technique for the treatment of Class II and Class 1 cases of tooth extraction is an effective treatment
