通过各类管道试验方法的研究,得出了以下结论:①智能清管器能检测出管壁变薄和与管道密切相关的潜在腐蚀危险;②应力试验只检测裂缝和漏点,提供当前管道状况;③Ruhrgas经验指出,大多数壁厚减少都源于伤痕和腐蚀;④Ruhrgas建议,可以排除新管道管壁减薄情况,管道初始运行时应力试验视为最终测试。根据Ruhrgas公司经营的双径(1016 mm/1118 mm)管道特点,制定了检测方案,并且所有试验已完成。 Through the research of various types of pipeline test methods, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) The smart pipe cleaner can detect the thinning of the pipe wall and the potential corrosion risk which is closely related to the pipeline; (2) The stress test only detects cracks and leaks and provides the current pipeline Ruhrhrgas experience points out that most of the wall thickness reduction comes from scars and corrosion; Ruhrgas recommends that the thinning of the pipe wall of the new pipe be ruled out and that the stress test at the initial run of the pipe be regarded as the final test. Based on the dual-path (1016 mm / 1118 mm) pipe run by Ruhrgas, a test protocol was developed and all tests were completed.
