本研究旨在通过组织学检查测定采用CO_2激光是否能完全除去牙龈上皮同时又保留完整的未损伤的上皮下结缔组织层。作者采用一只雄性弥猴,麻醉后选择左上尖牙区的颊侧牙龈作实验区。用Coherent医疗400型的CO_2激光照射二个2mm区,焦距均为400mm、功率为10W。一个区照射0.2s,另一个区照射0.5s,均出现碳化层,照射后用一薄的消毒湿海绵擦去碳化层,行照射区组织活检,经常规固定、包埋、切取5μm厚的连续切片和HE染色后行光境检查。
The aim of this study was to determine by histological examination whether CO2 lasers can completely remove the gingival epithelium while retaining intact undamaged subepithelial connective tissue layers. The authors used a male monkey, after anesthesia, selected the buccal gingiva in the upper left cuspidal area as the experimental area. Two 2mm zones were irradiated with Coherent Medical 400 CO 2 laser with a focal length of 400mm and a power of 10W. One zone was irradiated for 0.2 s and the other zone was irradiated for 0.5 s. A carbonized layer appeared. After irradiation, the carbonized layer was wiped off with a thin disinfectant sponge. The irradiated area was biopsied and routinely fixed, embedded, and cut to a continuous thickness of 5 μm. After the sections were stained with HE, the light was examined.
