班级是学校工作的一个基本单位,也是学生学习生活的基本组织。班主任是班集体的组织者和教育者。班级管理就是千方百计地调动学生参与班级管理的主动性和积极性,使学生成为学习、生活和班务管理的主人。良好的班级管理是学生全面发展的保证。学校是养成健全人格,培养真人的场所。我作为班主任当中的一员,也进行了十多年班主任工作的实践和探索,积累了一些实践经验。下面我就谈谈自己做班主任的一些体会。了结班情,在此基础上确立明确的班集体奋斗目标班主任工作是多方面的。新接一个班级,从何抓起?班主任必须深入到学生中去,认真了解、研究学生,掌握班级的具体情况,有针对性地开展工作。去年我接手了一个六年级班级。这个班的整体班风差、缺乏班集体的凝聚力、大部分学生厌学、迟到现象严重、上课纪律散乱、甚至出现顶撞教师……对于这样一个班,我反复琢磨,如何尽快解决这些问题?考虑再三,我没有采用高压措施以换取短期的守纪假象。根据班级的现状,我把班级管理工作的重点放在与学生的谈心上。尤其是几个比较活跃的学生,跟他们反复交谈、正面引
