报道经5GyX线全身照射的大鼠腹腔注入人参三醇组甙后，实验各组大鼠14d存活率、脾指数、大鼠受照前后体重差值的变化，以及大鼠脾细胞对ConA（刀豆蛋白A）、PWM（美洲商陆）的诱导增殖反应。结果提示：各指标预防组、治疗组与单纯照射组比较有显著性差异。提示人参三醇组甙对大鼠脾脏的辐射损伤有一定的恢复作用。
Reported by 5GyX line irradiation after intraperitoneal injection of ginseng triol glycosides, the experimental group rats 14d survival rate, spleen index, body weight difference before and after irradiation in rats, as well as rat spleen cells ConA (knife Soy protein A), PWM (Pokeweed) induction of proliferative response. The results suggest that there are significant differences between the prevention group, the treatment group and the irradiation group for each index. Tip ginseng triol glycosides on rat spleen radiation damage have some recovery.
