采用琼脂糖弥散抗菌实验检测人中性粒细胞防御素(HNP)和两种兔中性粒细胞防御素(NP1,NP2)对放线共生放线杆菌(FDCY4)、牙龈卟啉菌(47A-1)、中间普氏菌(ATCC25261)、产黑色素普氏菌(ATCC13040)、生痰二氧化碳噬纤维菌(ATCC33612)的抗菌活性。结果表明,中性粒细胞防御素对上述牙周可疑致病菌均有较强的抗菌活性,且随着浓度增高,抗菌活性增大。除产黑色素普氏菌和中间普氏菌外,兔中性粒细胞防御素的抗菌活性均超过人中性粒细胞防御素,而且NP2均大于NP1的活性。结果提示牙周组织中的中性粒细胞防御素对保护牙周健康具有重要作用
Agarose dispersion antibacterial assay was used to detect the effects of human neutrophil defensin (HNP) and two kinds of neutrophil defensins (NP1 and NP2) on Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (FDCY4), Porphyromonas gingivalis (47A- 1), Prevotella intermedia (ATCC25261), Prevotella melanii (ATCC13040), and Candida albicans (ATCC 33612). The results showed that neutrophil defensins had strong antibacterial activity against the pathogenic suspicious periodontal pathogens, and with the increase of concentration, the antibacterial activity increased. In addition to the production of melanoma and intermediate Prevotella outside the rabbit neutrophil defensin antibacterial activity than human neutrophil defensin, and NP2 were greater than NP1 activity. The results suggest that neutrophil defensins in periodontal tissues play an important role in protecting periodontal health
